Welcome To Around Town Magazine

Around Town Magazine is the pulse of the Mid-South. We bring our readers everything from a Local Music Calendar, Hot Spots, guides for Travel & Quick Weekend Getaways, handy Restaurant guides and reviews, Pubs-N-Pints, a Shopping and Service directory, a Different look at Sports, and what would we be without bringing you the Memphis Nighlife. All this PLUS local stories that relate to the Mid-South. Around Town Magazine is 100% Attitude, 100% Original and 100% Local.

Around Town Magazine is NOT your mother's magazine. No one will say we are boring or politically correct (just check out Sports with Iggy D!), our writers talk about real issues (check out "Unstable at Best" by 98.1 the Max's Danni Bruns, "I'm Just saying" by FM100's Jill Bucko or "Report From the Fringes" by Rock 103's Dennis Phillippi). Local writer Lewis Franklin paints his own picture with wordz and Sydney from 93X chimes in with a monthly CD Review.

Around Town Magazine supports the local music scene in the Memphis area by printing a monthly listing of show times and dates along with the venue. We do this because we want to be "Your Magazine". Around Town Magazine is a locally owned magazine. We listened to readers in Memphis and the Mid-South and have crafted you a unique magazine, a magazine that you can take with you, a magazine that is colorful, but most importantly, Around Town Magazine is YOUR MAGAZINE.

Around Town Magazine believes in supporing our community. Each month, we feature a local "Charity of the Month". Around Town Magazine will donate a portion of sales for that issue. Please help us help others by donating your time or money to these very worthy cause.

Around Town Magazine and Comedy,TN is proud to announce "Comedy For A Cause" on September 27th to benefit the Susan G. Komen For The Cure (formerly race for the cure).
